IFPASA Code of Ethics

The principles and guidelines governing the conduct of IFPASA members, ensuring integrity, accountability, and excellence in arbitration and scientific assessment.

The International Fellowship Program in Arbitration and Scientific Assessment (IFPASA) is dedicated to fostering ethical conduct among its members, which include arbitrators, scientists, academicians, and researchers from around the globe.

1. Integrity and Honesty

Honest Representation: Members shall provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and competencies.

Intellectual Honesty: Members must not engage in plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or misrepresentation of findings.

Conflict of Interest: Members must disclose any conflicts of interest that could compromise their impartiality.

2. Intellectual Property

Proper Attribution: Members must give appropriate credit to the original authors and sources of ideas, methodologies, and findings.

Confidentiality: Members must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during arbitration or scientific assessments.
